Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as medication management, bathing, and dressing.
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Experience working in a care environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Able to commit to a regular schedule, including some weekend working.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
