Job Description:

As a self-employed courier with H2O Logistics, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers throughout the South West of the UK. Our daily operations are calculated and rewarding on all levels. If you enjoy driving and communicating with customers, this job may be suitable for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend your local delivery station to collect your assigned route at the specific collection time.

• Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

• Operate a short wheel-based van with a minimum of 5 cubic meters capacity.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

On-boarding Process:

1. Contact us regarding your interest in this position.

2. If you are interested, we need to book an appointment for a drug and alcohol test for a date and time convenient for you.

3. Once you pass the drug and alcohol test, you will need to pass a DBS criminal background check. This is a basic check that takes between 24-72 hours on average.

4. When the background check is passed, you will be invited for training.

5. When the training is completed, you will have the option to collect a rental vehicle from the company or to use your own personal vehicle, your haulage insurance policy documents need to be sent to the onsite manager and once you have sent them you can be on the road on the next day.

Work Location:

This role will involve working on the road, delivering parcels to customers throughout the South West of the UK. We are currently operating in Bristol, Swindon, Exeter, and Newport.
