We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Level 3 Childcare Educator to join our team at Healthcare Recruiting Hub. As a Childcare Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children in our nursery setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote children's learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that supports children's physical, emotional, and social growth
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive nursery culture
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field
- Proven experience in a childcare setting, preferably in a nursery environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
