About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned retail manager to lead our South Leadership team as the Regional Hearingcare Manager for Region 10 - Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to refine your leadership skills while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and empower Hearing Aid Audiologists and store-based colleagues to deliver exceptional customer care and clinical excellence.
  • Develop and execute sales budgets and forecasts based on past performance and market trends.
  • Conduct regular analysis of retail performance and implement actions to drive business growth.
  • Influence key partners and stakeholders to maximize retail opportunities.
  • Drive demand locally by optimizing Hearing Health Check opportunities and maximizing Hearing Check Up activity.
  • Create trusted experts in Hearingcare by ensuring high clinical and professional standards.
  • Review team performance regularly and meet Hearing Aid Audiologist recruitment and retention requirements.
  • Maximize customer footprint by improving capacity and trading hours.
Person Specification
  • At least two years of retail management experience, preferably in a healthcare or similar retail environment.
  • Budget accountability and ability to report at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead, manage, motivate, and derive the best from a professional team.
  • Proven track record in delivering on-target sales in a similar retail environment.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Previous experience in the hearing care industry is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment, with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Full driving license.
