Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle Training and Development Expert to join our team. As an expert, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for apprentices in the automotive trade.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for apprentices
  • Assess and evaluate the progress of apprentices
  • Work closely with colleagues to support the development of apprentices
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle inspection processes MEI/MOT
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training (desirable)
What We Offer:
  • Pension and enhanced leave allowance available
  • Salary: £36,000 per annum (dependent on location)
