About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a key member of our ServiceNow delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and owning ServiceNow deliveries, guiding and mentoring team members, and defining and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own ServiceNow deliveries, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Guide and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Define and implement best practices for ServiceNow delivery, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Participate in design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on implementation and administration.
  • Active SC Clearance.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
