Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in Maryport, Cumbria. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Oversee the management of medications, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legislation relevant to the role
