Strategic Operations Partner to Chief Product, Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Partner to join our team as a key advisor to the Chief Product, Technology & Marketing Officer (CPTO & CMO). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of our CPTO & CMO and ensuring alignment across our product, marketing, and technology teams.

As a Strategic Operations Partner, you will collaborate closely with the CPTO & CMO to execute the company's strategic vision and operational plans. You will work with Product Directors and Engineering Leads to enhance cross-team alignment and visibility across product and technology functions.

You will also coordinate with the Executive team, Strategic Initiatives Office, and other Chiefs of Staff to ensure the successful delivery of key strategic projects across the organization. Additionally, you will lead performance management within the CPTO & CMO team, collaborating with leadership and managers to build high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the CPTO & CMO to execute strategic plans and prepare for meetings, presentations, and organisational planning.
  • Working with Product Directors and Engineering Leads to enhance cross-team alignment and visibility.
  • Coordinating with the Executive team and other Chiefs of Staff to deliver strategic projects.
  • Leading performance management within the CPTO & CMO team.
  • Facilitating collaboration between the CPTO & CMO team and other departments.
  • Partnering with Finance to assess new and ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Planning, leading, and executing strategic projects.
  • Demonstrating success in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
  • Using strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
