About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Gynaecologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Salford. This is a 10 PA post combining oncology and colposcopy with general gynaecology and emergency gynaecology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend oncology colposcopy and general gynaecology clinics
  • Participate in the gynae-oncology The Christie-led sMDT
  • Perform elective surgery lists on both sites and emergency gynaecology work
  • Act as the NCA deputy lead colposcopist
Requirements
  • CCT in O&G or expecting within 6 months
  • BSCCP Colposcopy accreditation
  • Strong surgical skills including minimal access skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • ATSM/Local Oncology experience
  • Evidence of Accredited Clinical & Educational Supervision of Medical Learners
