About the Role

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as an Operations Maintenance Technician.

The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering response maintenance and repairs, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively while providing first-class customer service to clients and tenants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on void and tenanted properties.
  • Focusing on Response Repair Services and Void Works, including fencing, concreting, demolition, and general minor build works.
  • Providing courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants.
