Early Years Educator Role at Kido

Kido is a pioneering childcare provider that combines innovative approaches to create a unique learning environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido Windsor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and inspiring learning environment that fosters curiosity and exploration.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Kido's curriculum.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute activities that cater to individual children's needs.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, setting individualised goals and celebrating achievements.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £28,750 for full-time, 40-hour weeks.
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service.
