Job Title: Apprentice Trainer/Coach

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Itec Training Solutions as an Apprentice Trainer/Coach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to apprentices, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and coaching sessions to apprentices, focusing on their development and progress.
  • Maintain knowledge and adherence to work-based learning professional standards, the education workforce's code of practice, and the company's code of conduct.
  • Attend regular standardisation sessions with peers to share best practices and review current or new course content.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources.
Requirements:
  • Relevant training experience and qualification(s)
  • Experience working in an apprenticeship setting.
  • Occupational experience, knowledge, and technical competence in route delivery
  • Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
  • Qualified or with the potential and willingness to work towards ESW Communication Level 2 and AON Level 2: Digital Literacy Level 2
