We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing personalized education to students with diverse learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, Dyslexia, and more.

Your Role:

  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment, helping your students thrive academically and emotionally.
  • Tailor your teaching to meet the unique needs of each student, using your creativity and flexibility to adapt to our busy school environment.

Requirements:

  • Experienced teaching up to GCSE level (English or Maths preferable but not essential)
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to our pupils' diverse needs
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of current research in education
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for building strong relationships with staff and pupils
  • Strong IT skills and ability to lead others proactively
