Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Secondary Breast Care service. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist nursing advice and support to patients with secondary breast cancer and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with secondary breast cancer.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to enable informed decision-making about treatment options.
- Facilitate the development of the secondary breast cancer pathway and contribute to the improvement of patient care.
- Work closely with ward staff and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Requirements- NMC registration
- First-level degree or equivalent qualification
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Relevant clinical experience in breast cancer and/or oncology
- Demonstrated knowledge of policies, practices, and procedures related to patient care
