About the Role

Aatom Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Officer to join our team on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. As a Pest Control Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the client's area is kept free from rats, mice, and other vermin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discharge the Council's statutory obligations under the Public Health Act 1936 and the Prevention of Damage by Pests Act 1949.
  • Operate in accordance with agreed work programs to ensure the client's area is kept free from pests.
  • Plan, deliver, and coordinate workloads to meet the needs of the client.
  • Develop and implement effective pest control strategies to prevent the spread of pests.
Requirements
  • Operational pest control experience.
  • Proficiency in using various information systems and technology.
  • Ability to plan, deliver, and coordinate workloads.
  • Experience in planning, delivering, and coordinating projects.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Capability to work independently in accordance with agreed work programs.
  • Strong customer focus.
