About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Exeter. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing financial control for exciting projects and taking on key accounts. Responsibilities
  • Liaising with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost.
  • Collaborative work with clients to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Managing main contracts and preparing subcontract documentation.
  • Assisting in the management and performance of subcontractors.
  • Preparing project cost and value reports, budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • MRICS or currently studying for APC.
  • Experience with a main contractor in utilities, civil engineering or MEICA sector.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company also offers a range of benefits, including:
