About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Trust Fundraiser to join our highly successful fundraising team at Lewis-Manning Hospice Care. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for researching and applying to trust and grant funding bodies to meet agreed income targets. This includes developing compelling funding proposals and tailoring cases for support for each application.
You will contribute to developing the trust and grant fundraising strategy and annual operating plan and play a key role in implementing it to maximise income. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with trusts and foundations, create and manage a pipeline of prospects, and deliver regular reports to your line manager.
As a Trust Fundraiser, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of local people living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses and their carers. About Lewis-Manning Hospice Care:
Lewis-Manning Hospice Care provides exceptional palliative and end of life care to local people living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses and their carers across Dorset. Our Hospice is now embarking on a new strategy for the future, taking our hospice day care and clinical services closer to patients' homes by providing support and care through satellite centres across East Dorset and Purbeck.

Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and writing skills. You will have good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn our database system. You will also have a passion for fundraising and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
