We are seeking a skilled Mobile Repair Technician to join our team at Utilise Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various tasks related to building maintenance and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure.
  • Adjusting BMS systems and performing mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves, etc.
  • Carrying out minor installation work and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Building maintenance experience and a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification.
  • Able to work at height, on roofs, up steps, and ladders, and in MEWPs.
  • Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad.
