Job Type: Part Time, Temporary Position
Simply Gym, a leading fitness provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our gym, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the gym team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless operations and continuity.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial performance and operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management position within the leisure industry, ideally with a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
- Passionate about customer service and inspirational leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
