About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit Warehouse Operative to join our close-knit team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety rules and food regulations.
  • Delivery and Storage: Unload deliveries, check the condition of goods received, and store them in the correct locations.
  • Inventory Management: Record batch codes and best before dates as part of the booking-in process and replenish stock, creating pallet spaces and recording movement.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare orders for customer collections throughout the day.
  • FLT Operations: Lift at height using reach trucks and safety ladders, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Accredited FLT License: Hold a valid reach or counterbalance license, dated within the last 5 years.
  • Transportation: Own means of transportation is necessary due to the location of the site and shift times.
