Job Title: Digital Print Operator

A leading print group is seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee the end-to-end process of each job at their client's site in Glasgow. This dual-function role involves working as an administrator for the onsite printroom, responsible for processing orders through the online system, estimating jobs, and producing them in-house or via partnered suppliers.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with procedures and receive training as required.
  • Familiarize yourself with essential building services and workplace policies.
  • Maintain accuracy when recording data or financial information, whether electronically or by hard copy.
  • Comply with health and safety procedures and site operational protocols.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Leadership and Management team.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Effectively interact with employees and clients, using tact and diplomacy.
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with sensitivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bring a proactive approach to work, with attention to detail.
  • Develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Organize tasks methodically, accommodating varied client needs.
  • Exhibit strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications to an intermediate level.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow core processes.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will be based in Glasgow, working on-site at a client's location.
