We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at Cooplands Bakery in Durham. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing, handling, and manufacturing our famous Cooplands products while ensuring set standards are met for all products and production runs smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare and handle ingredients and materials for production
* Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture Cooplands products
* Pack orders for retail stores and wholesale partners
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets
