Job Description\

This role involves reviewing and strengthening the control environment surrounding TCM reporting requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and interpretations. You will develop close working relationships with departments across the bank to support new business initiatives and regulatory developments.

\Responsibilities:\
  • Documenting, reviewing, and maintaining policies and interpretations for existing and new regulatory requirements;
  • Analyzing and communicating new regulatory publications and related requirements from Basel, the UK, and Chinese Regulators;
  • Coordinating and assessing the impact of new regulatory updates on the bank;
  • Communicating regulatory developments to internal stakeholders and management;
  • Engaging with industry bodies and supporting the production of formal governance documents;
  • Assessing and determining the regulatory capital, liquidity, and large exposures implications of proposed new transactions.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across a range of stakeholders in a multicultural environment and contribute to the development of key annual documents, such as the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP), Recovery and Resolution Plans (RRP), and Solvent Wind Down Plan (SWDP).

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is suitable for someone who is a good communicator and enjoys working collaboratively across a range of stakeholders.
