We are currently recruiting for a full-time Cook to join our team at the Ben Nevis Highland Centre in Fort William. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards in our busy self-service restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial catering
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Working Hours:

Some weekend work will be required.
