About the Role

Binnies, as part of the RSK Group, is seeking a skilled Planner to join our @one Alliance team. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust project plans, driving the project team to deliver according to the plan, and challenging any delays or deviations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the delivery team to develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to @one requirements and methodology.
  • Ensure project plans capture the full project scope and resources are considered and loaded as required.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks in the plan, monitor the critical path, and advise the delivery team on potential changes and lead challenge and mitigation actions.
  • Develop 4D animations of the project plan to aid digital rehearsal of the project construction.
  • Design and implement effective communication plans to ensure relevant teams and individuals are clear and buy into the strategy and approach.
  • Maintain planning standards across @one and ensure published processes are adhered to.
  • Appreciate and uphold Health & Safety standards in all planning processes, with a focus on 'Nothing is so important that we cannot take the time to do it safely.'

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience working on relevant projects within the Civil engineering sector, preferably in the Water Industry. You will require P6 experience and have the ability to lead collaborative planning processes, interrogate information from drawings, and implement an efficient planning service to the business.

Your ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences, while working in pressurized situations to tight deadlines, will be crucial. You will be innovative and supportive to other members of the team to enhance the reputation of the Planning team amongst the business.
