Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the grounds on multiple sites, including lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces
  • Perform general gardening tasks, such as pruning, weeding, and fertilizing
  • Complete time sheets, budgetary records, and chemical records to ensure accurate tracking and compliance
  • Maintain machinery and equipment in clean and safe working order, or arrange for repairs as needed
  • Contribute to improving grounds and garden maintenance practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Implement maintenance works within the grounds or buildings as instructed by and under the direction of the Estates Supervisor

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Practical and can-do approach, with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Good work ethic, with a flexible and committed approach
