The successful candidate will be accountable for optimising the Trust's real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with the Strategic Plan and asset optimisation.

Key responsibilities include overseeing capital projects, developing newly acquired buildings/properties, and utilising existing space to meet the Trust's current and future needs.

The role requires a senior leader with strong strategic thinking skills, results-oriented mindset, and digital skills.

Candidates should have experience in estates and facilities management, contractor management, asset, infrastructure, and/or property development within a complex organisation.
