Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Supply Teaching Assistant in Worthing. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development.

About the Role:

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to deliver lessons and activities, record and report students' progress, and create a safe and nurturing environment for children. You will also assist with classroom organisation, resource preparation, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
  • Record and report students' progress to the Teacher.
  • Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Assist with classroom organisation, resource preparation, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude towards supporting children's learning.
