Your RoleIn this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing various aspects of property development, including planning, design, and execution. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every project meets our high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies for property development, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all projects meet their expectations and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in property development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
