Job Description

Job Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Heating Systems Maintenance Technician will be to maintain and repair heating systems in residential properties. They will ensure that the heating & hot water systems are operating efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out repair works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
  2. Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
  3. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.

Requirements and Attributes:

  1. A minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 gas qualifications are essential for this role.
  2. A friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients & tenants.
