Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver

We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our team at a leading international haulage company. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to designated retail locations within London and the South-East of England region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive HGV Class 2 commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials from one location to another.
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to traffic laws and regulations at all times.
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid HGV C or CE driving licence with the appropriate cards, such as CPC and Tacho Cards.
  • Proven two years UK C or CE experience as a working truck driver, with a strong driving record and no major endorsements.
  • Ability to load and unload cages to and from vehicles safely, with excellent communication skills and a flexible, customer-oriented approach to work.
