Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,326 per annum plus a £3,000 Market Supplement subject to conditions. The total estimated annual remuneration is approximately £31,326.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Maintenance Specialist to join our busy workshop team in Micheldever. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing and servicing vehicles/plant, as well as preparing vehicles for MOT in accordance with HTM and manufacturers' recommendations.
You will work on a variety of vehicles and plant, from cars to minibuses and LGV/HGVs, ensuring they are safe and running efficiently. Your expertise will also be required during emergency and winter maintenance operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum qualification of City and Guilds AVCE, NVQ level 3 or experience in a similar role. You should have strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
