Job Title: Mobile Smart Repair Technician

Location: East Midlands (Home Based with travel throughout the East Midlands)

Salary: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience) bonus OTE Up to £50,000

Full Time and Permanent 40 hours a week Monday to Friday

Our client has a fantastic opportunity in the East Midlands region for a Mobile Smart Repair / PDR Technician. You will be working within their growing Dent Repair Division, the candidate will be working at a range of dealerships, auction sites, prep centres and rental customers throughout the East Midlands region.

You will be based from home but travelling to sites throughout East Midlands.

The successful candidate will maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring all PDR / Smart Repairs undertaken are on time and of the highest standard of quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Repairing both minor (high volume) and major (high skills level) dents using traditional and glue pull technology
  • Preparing damaged panels for repainting by minimizing body filler requirements
  • Assisting with any other associated tasks as required
  • Diary planning and deadline achievement
  • Customer service levels and satisfaction scores

Our client is looking for someone who is fully skilled and has previous Smart Repairer / PDR Technician experience within a Bodyshop / Car Dealership environment.

Essential Experience Required:

  • Experienced PDR/ Smart Repair Technician with demonstrable skill levels capable of completing the most complex repairs to the highest standards
  • Ability to work independently whilst maintaining the companies core brand identity
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
