As a key member of the Bid and Operational teams, you will be responsible for undertaking the production of accurate and competitive tenders for national projects in a Healthcare, Education, or fast-track fit-out environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing jobs from first principles and Cost Planning.
  • Preparing and processing quotations, bids, and tenders.
  • Liaising with Operational Offices, Architects, Engineers, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, and the Client.

Requirements

  • Experience of Pricing jobs from first principles and Cost Planning is essential.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills are required.

Benefits

A very competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, plus Car/Allowance + 35 days holiday + healthcare + retail vouchers.
