Job Description

CNC Recruitment Limited is seeking skilled Production Operators to join our team in a prestigious manufacturing environment. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality electrical and mechanical assemblies to work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow internal production processes and work instructions to ensure efficient and accurate production.
  • Meet IPC guidelines for electrical standards of work, with training provided as needed.
  • Perform a range of mechanical fastening operations to work instructions.
  • Carry out configuration testing using a laptop and software to prescribed process instructions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
