Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals using fresh ingredients, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and implement monthly menus, ensuring variety and balance in our residents' diets.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure residents' dietary needs are met and preferences are respected.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and COSHH guidelines.
  • Be available to cover absences and provide support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a catering environment.
  • Passion for providing healthy, home-cooked meals.
