Main duties of the job
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving the quality and safety of care delivered to patients and populations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinical and management teams.
  • Support the team's portfolio of work, including learning from mortality and the medical examiner service, falls prevention and management, analysis of safety and quality information, and other priority areas.

Job requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in quality improvement, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and implementation science.
  • Ability to analyse data to support and deliver quality improvement using methodologies such as QI.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
