We are looking for a skilled UK Programming Manager - Clinical Development to join our team at ICON plc in Reading, UK.

About the Job

The salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company offers very competitive salary packages, and our annual bonuses reflect delivery of performance goals - both ours and yours.

This role involves leading/project managing multi-disciplinary teams on assigned projects, developing, maintaining and validating standard data structure and software. The ideal candidate will also monitor procedures for program development and validation and assist in the training of statisticians/programmers to ensure the development of data analysis skills.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline or equivalent, with Master's degree or PhD preferred.
  2. Recent experience must be relevant and have primarily been involved in creating and validating analysis datasets (CDISC ADaM standard preferred), Tables, Listings and Graphs.
