Mechanical Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Service Engineer to join our team at Major Bradford Industrial. As a key member of our machine tool service business, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Diagnose and repair machines on-site, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Set up and commission machinery, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
Requirements:
  • Field service or machine tool experience is essential.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC controls is required.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and relay issues.
  • Ability to travel and occasionally stay overnight, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
