An Opportunity to Make a Difference in Education

Teaching Personnel is seeking tutors to support students with special educational needs, SEMH, autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and lower learning levels.

This role involves working one-to-one with students, developing knowledge in core subjects like maths, english, and science, and building effective relationships with students.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide 1:1 tuition to students with SEN/SEMH needs or those who are looked after (LAC).
  2. Develop resources around the child's needs, creating engaging lessons that cater to their abilities.
Requirements:
  • Hold QTS, be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or have SEN/SEMH experience.
  • Be highly engaging and able to build strong working relationships with children.
About Teaching Personnel:

  • Flexibility to choose between face-to-face and online tuition options, with opportunities during school hours or after school.
  • Bespoke online reporting platform for logging attendance details, feedback, and assessments.
  • Online classroom platform for delivering virtual tuition, with tools and recording capabilities for safeguarding purposes.
  • Hourly Rate: £25-£30, paid weekly.
