As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will work on large, complex programs with diverse technologies addressing national security challenges.

We seek candidates passionate about quality, mentoring, and community building. You will join Agile, multi-disciplinary teams using DevOps practices and tools to deliver high-quality software. You'll aid and implement test strategies with a strong understanding of Modern Testing Principles.

You'll ensure the capabilities we supply to national security and defence customers meet world-class quality standards.

Our UK Cyber & Intelligence business combines modern software development approaches with a rich heritage in Defence and security sectors. Our customers have complex data and information requirements, requiring a mission partner who quickly understands context, delivering and sustaining challenging technology projects at scale and pace, supporting them through an ambitious digital transformation program.

  • Identify testing solutions, specifically automated solutions, to reduce software time-to-market.

We are looking for:

  1. Solid experience in the SDLC, Agile methodologies/principles, and DevOps tools/techniques.
  2. A track record of delivering quality Automated Test solutions in a fast-paced dynamic Engineering environment.
  3. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills, with an aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
  4. Self-motivated and able to inspire others in test best practice, focused on Quality outcomes.
  5. Experience working with Test Automation tools/frameworks for varying application layers, utilising techniques such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD.
