About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency Business Partner to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area
  • Developing business contacts with local constituencies to further referrals and the Estate Agency network
  • Utilizing a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities
  • Overseeing instructions to completion, utilizing the nearby hub office for sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff
Requirements
  • At least 4 years+ Estate Agency experience
  • Ability to work from home and in an office environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best Estate Agent in the area
