About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health Advisor. As a key member of our 111 Call Centre, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide accurate and timely advice to patients
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare guidelines and protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications) at Grade C or above (2018 Grade 4)
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role or in a healthcare setting

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
