Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Room Leader to lead our childcare team at Kids Planet Lymm. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This is a rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for childcare, and a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of childcare professionals in providing high-quality care and education to children
- Develop and implement effective childcare practices and policies
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection
- Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless experience for children and families
