At Priory Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Southampton. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, service-user-focused care to individuals with Eating Disorders.

About the Role

  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways that promote excellence in patient care.
  • Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy, driving improvements in quality and patient outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

About You

  • Active NMC PIN with 12 months post-qualifying experience.
  • Relevant clinical experience in mental health nursing.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
