The successful candidate will work on various exciting projects, ranging in value up to over £30 million, focusing on industrial developments, residential projects, science facilities, hotel constructions, healthcare buildings, and education institutions.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • To work as part of a team, utilizing advanced software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed designs and models.
  • To ensure high-quality outputs that meet UK Building Regulations standards.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction technology or a related field.
  2. Excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and industry best practices.
  3. Full proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit software.
  4. A valid full driving license.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for career development and progression from day one.
