We are seeking a highly skilled Production Team Leader to join our team at Marshalls PLC. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff to ensure the efficient and effective production of roofing products.

  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes
  • Monitor and report on production performance and quality
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a production environment
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Good level of English, verbal and written
