Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in developing curriculum plans, promoting inclusive learning environments, and enhancing student outcomes.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development, and fostering emotional and social growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with teaching staff to develop strategies for enhanced learning.

Requirements:

  • A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
  • The capacity to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, enabling efficient management of resources and effective use of time.
  • Qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent based on the Government's Early Years qualifications list, and a good level of qualification in English.
  • A DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.

Estimated Salary: £27,800 per annum, depending on experience.
