About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Manager to lead our team at Westwood House Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate care quality, making improvements as needed
