Franchising Solicitor Role

The award-winning Chadwick Nott firm seeks a qualified Franchising Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified (NQ) solicitor with a strong interest in franchising to work closely with senior members of the commercial department.

As a Junior Franchising Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Working with UK franchisors, including multi-brand franchisees, associations, and groups, on various matters such as franchise agreement reviews and drafting documentation.
  
• Managing tripartite resales and providing excellent client care skills.
  
• Assisting in business development and marketing initiatives.
  

To be considered for this role, you must have completed at least one franchising seat in your training contract or have relevant commercial experience.
